Admission Requirements

1. Application
Complete our online application

2. Transcripts
Request original, sealed transcripts from all undergraduate and/or graduate schools that you have attended and mail them to Admissions, Lincoln Law School of San Jose, 384 South Second Street, San Jose, CA 95113

3. LSAT Score, GRE score, or Writing Evaluation
Submit an LSAT score, GRE score, or a Writing Evaluation administered by Lincoln at no cost.


If you select to submit your LSAT score or GRE score, upload your score, or submit the date you intend to take the exam and a copy of your reservation confirmation on the application form.


If you select to take the Writing Evaluation, list three dates and times when you are available (weekdays 9 AM - 5 PM PT) on the application form. During the Writing Evaluation, you will be given one hour to complete an essay prompt. We will review your essay as part of your application

4. Personal Statement
Submit a signed Personal Statement (500 words or less).

What part of the legal system are you most interested in?
What do you want to do after you receive your law degree?

5. Resume/CV
Describe your educational and employment history

6. Letters of recommendation

Email two signed Letters of Recommendation to with the Subject line: [Your name] - Letter of Recommendation
